Norbert Nitzke

Norbert Nitzke, age 80, of Fond du Lac, passed away at ManorCare Health Services on Saturday, June 16, 2007. He was born on July 27, 1926 in Berlin, WI the son of John and Emma (Kriesel) Nitzke. During his childhood years, he spent vacations on the farms of his relatives, where he enjoyed the animals. Music was a very important part of his life. Self taught on the harmonica, he spent many hours entertaining himself and others, and recording his music. Norbert's faith was also very important to him. He enjoyed reading his bible, and participating in bible studies in later years. SURVIVORS: his sister in law, Irene Nitzke of Cedarburg, WI, his special friend, Lois Pflum, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Melvin and Elmer.



VISITATION: Tuesday, June 19, 2007 from 9-10 A.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Deacon Larry Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at Borth Cemetery, Borth, WI.
