Otto P. Stiedaman

Otto P. Stiedaman, 91 of Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at his residence. He was born on August 15, 1922 in Fond du Lac the son of Otto and Leona Young Stiedaman. On June 24, 1948 he married Alice J. Frey at St. Mary's Church, Fond du Lac. Otto was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army 14th Armored Division in the European Theatre. He owned and operated Stiedaman's Service for over 50 years in Fond du Lac. Otto was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Mary's Church, Knights of Columbus Council #664, and the Trier-Puddy American Legion Post No.75. He enjoyed working, watching television, playing cards, bowling and family events.SURVIVORS: Otto is survived by his wife, Alice Stiedaman, Fond du Lac, two daughters; Ann Wagner, Fond du Lac, Mary Pautsch, Beaver Dam and one grandson Jeremy Wagner, Minneapolis, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons Jon and Joel, a grandson Ryan Pautsch, son-in-law Thomas Wagner, a sister Margaret King, two brothers, Lyle and infant brother Donald.



VISITATION: Friends may call on Friday, October 4, 2013 from 4-7 PM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and on Saturday at the church from 10 AM until the time of services.FUNERAL: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Parish-St. Mary's Church. Burial will follow in Salem United Methodist Cemetery, Town of Eldorado. Trier- Puddy American Legion Post No. 75 will conduct military graveside services.
