Patricia Lou Brester

Patricia Lou Brester, 61, of32 N. Military Road, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004, at St. Agnes Hospital. She born at home in Lamartine on November 5, 1942, a daughter of Erving and Evelyn Hankwitz Schafer. On July 7, 1965, she married William "Bill" Brester in Fond du Lac. Mrs. Brester was a member of Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church. Patricia loved her role as a mother to her son, Paul. She enjoyed puzzles, camping, working on circle word puzzles, and watching her favorite TV shows. As an avid sports fan, she enjoyed following the Brewers, Packers, Bucks, and Badgers.Surviving is her husband, Bill, a son Paul William "Bessie" (Special Friend, Amberly Greeno) Brester of Fond du Lac, five sisters; Shirley (Buster) Bell-Elsinger of Fond du Lac, Darlene (Ken) Omland of Gray, Tennessee, Nancy (Butch) Luedke, Karen (Chuck) Palkovich, Carol Gunderson, all of Fond du Lac, and a sister-in-law, Shirley (Mel) Streeter of Fond du Lac. Many nieces, nephews, and friends, including Bonnie Wachendorf of Oakfield, further survive her. Her parents, two sisters, Sandra Schafer and Betty Grebe, and two brothers-in-law, Donald Bell and John Grebe, preceded her in death.



Visitation for Mrs. Patricia Lou Brester will be on Friday, July 16, 2004, from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 17, 2004, at 10:30 am at the funeral home. The Rev. Douglas Hedman will officiate and burial will be in Estabrooks Cemetery.
