Patrick K. Madigan

Patrick K. Madigan, 79, of Rosendale, died Saturday, July 25, 2015 at his residence. He was born December 1, 1935 in Fond du Lac, the son of Lester B. and Amy F. Grady Madigan. Patrick was a graduate of Rosendale High School Class of 1953. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Springvale until its closing and a current member of Our Risen Savior in Woodhull. On August 24, 2004 he married Carol B. Miller at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Springvale. Patrick owned and operated the century year old family farm, Madigan Farms Inc. He was a member of the Rosendale Lions Club and Rosendale Historical Society. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, listening and watching the Chicago Cubs and loved to garden.



He is survived by his wife, Carol; four step daughters, Denise (Michael) Dewey, Joan Seidler, Georgina Roderick, and Patricia (Michael) Nett; seven step grandchildren; seven step great grandchildren; two brothers, Bernard (Sue) Madigan and Terry (Karen) Madigan; one sister, Maureen “Enie” Halfman; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant sister, Kathleen Madigan; one sister, Aileen Straseski Black; brothers-in-law, Mike Straseski, Elmer Black, and Tom Halfman; sisters-in-law, Connie Madigan; nephew, Thomas Madigan.



The visitation will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 am on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Our Risen Savior in Woodhull.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Our Risen Savior with Fr. Joseph Dominic officiating. Burial will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Town of Springvale.
