Paula L. Ott

Paula L. Ott (nee Widner), age 69, currently of Fond du Lac and formerly of West Bend and Arkansas City, KS, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 20, 2019, at Crossroads Nursing Home, eighteen years to the day that her battle would begin after suffering a major stroke. She was born on October 29, 1949, in Arkansas City, KS. She enjoyed ice tea, playing the lottery and scratch off tickets, and most of all she loved her grandchildren and spending time with them. Paula was loved and cherished by everyone she crossed paths with.



Survivors include her four cherished children, Jodi L. Ott, Shannon L. (Jason) Weinke, Daniel D. Ott, and Cassi M. Ott all of Fond du Lac; eight special grandchildren whom she loved with all her being, Kaylee Ott and special friend Matthew Kluever, Kylee Ott, Kenna Ott, John “Jay” Dwyer, Jillian Dwyer and special friend Alex Haugen, Jeremiah “JB” Bobo, Gracie Coleman, and Amore Gryer; her mother, Betty Davis-Kellum of Arkansas City, KS; one brother, Gary Widner; one son-in-law; two special nieces, Corrine L. Lurch-Ott and Nicole Knutson-West both of West Bend; and she also leaves behind many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws. Paula was preceded in death by her biological father Verlis “Jay” Kellum; and her adored grandmother, Elizabeth Davis.



Visitation will take place on Friday, February 1, 2019, from 3-6 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. A memorial service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 6:00 PM. Cremation has taken place.
