Perry R. Clark

Perry R. Clark, age 54, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, May 28, 2023. He was born on July 18, 1968, in Fond du Lac, the son of Russell and Judith (Tank) Clark. He graduated from Oshkosh West High School. Perry worked at Quad/Graphics and as a bartender at Twisted Roots in Oshkosh. He loved the Milwaukee Brewers and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and shooting darts.

Survivors include his parents, Russell and Judith Clark; his brother, Rich Clark; his sister, Jenny Clark; his cat, Herbie; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a cousin, Chrissy Tank; cat, MJ.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, June 8, 2023, from 3-7 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 7:00 PM. Cremation has taken place.
