PHILIP J. PADRUTTPhilip J. Padrutt, age 70, of 334 Polk St, North Fond du Lac, died Saturday, May 28, 2005 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on January 1, 1935 in Madison the son of Ruben N. Selma J. Jergenson Padrutt. On September 14, 1968 he married Mary A. Touchett at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Madison. Philip farmed in the Verona area for twenty-five years and then moved to North Fond du Lac in 1973 where he worked for Kohler Co. and Combination Door. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1955 to 1958 in Germany. He is a member of Presentation Church, North Fond du Lac where he served on the parish council for six years and active in the men's club. He was a member of the North Fond du Lac Optimist Club where he served as blood drive coordinator. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the American Legion in Verona. Although disabled, he was very mechanically inclined and enjoyed projects and was always willing to help someone. When he as able, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and woodworking. SURVIVORS: his wife Mary A. Padrutt of North Fond du Lac, two daughters, Tina (Jesse) Myers of Fond du Lac, Tricia (Mike) Wood of Fond du Lac, one granddaughter, Cassandra Bacon, one brother, Lyle Padrutt of Belleville, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Leon.



VISITATION: Tuesday, May 31, 2005 from 4-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at 10:30 at the funeral home and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. at Presentation Church in North Fond du Lac with the Reverend John Simon officiating. Entombment will be at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
