Raymond J. Triatik, 83, of N7759 Van Dyne Road, Town of Friendship, Fond du Lac, died Sunday, June 1, 2008, at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was born April 3, 1925, in Fond du Lac, the son of John and Sophia Ciczenski Triatik. On June 12, 1948, he married Elaine M. Meyer at Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church. Mr. Triatik was a life member of Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church. He was formerly employed by Rueping Leather Company, Giddings & Lewis, and the Ripon Senior Center. Ray was a veteran of the US Army serving in the South Pacific. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and was a member of Sturgeon for Tomorrow. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elaine, a daughter, Debra (Nyles) Lundly of Moorpark, CA, two sons, Gary (Marilyn) Triatik of Fond du Lac, and Ronald Triatik of North Fond du Lac, five grandchildren, Chad, Amy, Michael, Ryan, and Matthew, and four great-grandchildren, Mitchell, Bryce, Ashley, and Megan. He is further survived by a sister, Lydia (Bruno) Tagliapietra of Fitchburg, WI, and four sisters-in-law, Harry (Lucille) Jacobs of Fond du Lac, Vaughn (Phyllis) Krumbein of Stevenson, MI, Richard (Beverly) Hegner of Fond du Lac, and John ( Karen) Heilsberg of Oshkosh. His parents, three brothers, Dan, John, and Fred, a sister, Ann Timmers, a brother-in-law, Robert Timmers, and two sisters-in-law, Myrtle and Margaret Triatik preceded him in death.



Visitation for Mr. Raymond J. Triatik will be on Wednesday, June 4, 2008, from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and on Thursday, June 5th from 10 to 11 am at Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church, 40 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac. Funeral services will be at 11 am at the church on Thursday. The Rev. Shari Routh will officiate and entombment will be in Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park. A memorial has been established in Ray's name.
