Richard "Dick" L. Munson, Sr.

Richard L. “Dick” Munson Sr, age 82, died Friday, January 26, 2024, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on March 6, 1941, in Fond du Lac, the son of Fabian and Vopel (Peters) Munson. On March 3, 1962, he married JoAnn Snyder at Church of Peace in Fond du Lac. Dick worked in Plant 15 at Mercury for 44 years until retirement. He and his wife volunteered many years for the Fond du Lac Humane Society. He enjoyed golfing, trout fishing, and his cats.

Survivors include his wife, JoAnn; one son, Richard L. (Nancy) Munson Jr; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Robert (Nadine) Munson.

There will be no visitation or services. Cremation has taken place.
