Richard "Rick" M. Muldoon, 45 of 459 Greenbriar Avenue, died Sunday, January 14, 2007 at his residence. He was born on February 21, 1961 in Lancaster, Wisconsin the son of Lawrence and Elaine Burbach Muldoon. On October 11, 1997 he married Beth Peterson at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church. He served in the U.S. Navy as a chaplain assistant, in which he was honorably discharged. Rick was employed with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for the past 13 years. He was a member of Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church. He enjoyed farming with his dad and brother, hunting, fishing with his son, family trips,gatherings and a good card game with friends.He is survived by his wife, Beth Muldoon, Fond du Lac, his son Andrew Muldoon at home, two- step daughters, Becky Steinke and Carrie Steinke of Fond du Lac, three step-grandchildren, Trevor, Kobe, and Keenan. His mother, Elaine Muldoon of Lancaster, two brothers, Steve Muldoon, Lancaster, and Gary (Sheila) Muldoon, Madison, two sisters, Rhonda (Kevin) Mayne, Spring Green, and Colleen (Darin) Schnepper, Lancaster, an uncle Ivan Morrow, Mt. Hope. Preceding him in death were his father, Lawrence Muldoon, maternal and paternal grandparents, a niece Stephanie Muldoon and a very special aunt Marian Morrow.
VISITATION: Thursday, January 18,2007 from 4 to 8 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 19,2007 at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church, 40 East Division Street, Fond du Lac, with Reverend Douglas V. Hedman officiating. Cremation will follow the traditional services. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services.In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established for his son Andrew.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
