Robert Edward Friedel

Robert Edward Friedel, a life-long resident of Fond du Lac, WI passed away at the age of 85 on April 24, 2022, after a brief illness. Robert (Bob) was born on August 20, 1936 to Alfred Friedel and Lucille Kennedy. Bob graduated from St. Mary's Springs High School and later attended St. Norbert's College. He served in the US Army and then worked for the City of Fond du Lac

Fire Department. Bob was a long-time member of Faith Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac.



He is survived by his children: Tami (John Meyer) Kraft, Todd Friedel, Kimberly Friedel, Shanon Friedel and Bob (Ashley) Friedel; nine grandchildren, Ashli, Julian, Morgen, Zac, Carson, Trevor, Tyler, MaKayla and Ethan; nine great-grandchildren, Andrew, Claire, Isaac, Elijah, Lillian, Romeo, Ava, Emma and Autumn.



John 11:25-26 “I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me, will never die.”



Cremation has taken place and private services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Robert’s memory may be directed to Faith Lutheran Church of Fond du Lac or a charity of your choice.
