Robert G. Bridenbaugh, 92, of North Fond du Lac, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 1st, 2023. Robert was born in Pandora, OH on October 23, 1930. Robert was united in marriage to Patricia (Kois) Bridenbaugh on June 11, 1955.
Robert was a Korean Conflict veteran in the US Navy serving aboard the USS Mansfield (DD-728). After completing his military service, Robert worked for the Falk Corporation in Milwaukee, WI for more than 35 years as a Time Study Engineer.
Robert was a member of Divine Savior Lutheran Church in North Fond du Lac. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and card player. Robert truly enjoyed celebrating special occasions with his family. During the years they lived in St. Germain, he enjoyed playing cards with friends and family, working on projects around the house, volunteering at church, hunting, and fishing.
Survivors include three children, Linda (Peter) Chisholm, of North Fond du Lac, LeeAnn (Chuck) Moegenburg of Jackson, and James (Luanne) Bridenbaugh of Fond du Lac; six grandchildren, Molly Kirschner, Matthew (Kim) Chisholm, Sarah (Josh) Severson, Katie (Craig) Beck, and Anthony and Timothy Moegenburg; and five great-grandchildren, Ryan, Addison, and Colton Beck, Madeline Kirschner, and Rylee Chisholm. He is further survived by a brother-in-law Robert (Cathy) Bartholomew; and a special niece, Candace Loubriel; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives; and his cat Pixie, and special friend Harold from Crossroads Care Center. Robert was preceded in death by his wife of more than 67 years (Patricia), his parents, a brother, Richard Bridenbaugh, and a brother-in-law, Richard Kois.
Robert’s family would like to thank the staff of Crossroads Care Center and SSM Home Hospice for their support and care during Dad’s final days.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Friday, February 10, 2023, at Divine Savior Lutheran Church, 1081 Prospect Avenue in North Fond du Lac. A memorial service for Robert will follow, beginning at 6:00 PM with Pastor Allen Bramstadt officiating. Cremation has taken place.
