Robert "Bob" Joseph Forester, 62, of Brandon, WI passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, January 31, 2014. He was born on July 29, 1951 to Jerome and Constance (Schmitt) Forester. He served in the Air Force from 1970 to 1974 as an airplane mechanic, and worked as an engineer for many years. On October 29, 1994, he married Margie (Shoemaker) Kreuziger at Zion Lutheran Church in Fairwater, WI. They lived their entire married life in Brandon. He is survived by his wife, Margie; his mother, Connie Forester; his three daughters, Rosie (at home in Brandon), Sandy (Bill) Rudoll of Oshkosh, and Angee (Tim) Vanderhei of Randolph; his five grandchildren, Alydia, Timmy, and Anna Vanderhei, and Callie and Jaxon Rudoll. He was further survived by his brothers, Jerry (Jackie) Forester of Fond du Lac, Jim Forester of Fond du Lac, and his sister Mary (Wayne) Forester of Oklahoma; his brothers-in-law, Craig (Sally) Shoemaker of Beaver Dam, Brian Shoemaker of Fairchild; sister-in-law, Susan (Wayne) Hefner of Okinawa, Japan; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerome; his mother and father-in-law Bernice and George Shoemaker; his sister-in-law, Sue Forester.
The visitation will be held from 4:00 "“ 8:00 PM on Monday, February 3, 2014 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again from 10:00 "“ 11:00 AM at the church on Tuesday. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Zion Lutheran Church, Fairwater with Rev. Shari Routh officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Fond du Lac.
