Robert J. "Robie" Balsewicz

Robert J. "Robie" Balsewicz, 44, of the Town of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, December 25, 2012, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born August 5, 1968, in Waupun, the son of Richard Kavonius and Sally Roberts. He graduated from Clearview School in Milwaukee. He loved Barney and Elmo, helping people, and always had a kind word for everyone. Surviving is his mother, Sally Roberts, of the Town of Fond du Lac, four brothers, Mickey Kavonius of the Town of Fond du Lac, Shannon Kavonius of North Fond du Lac, Benjamin Roberts of the Town of Fond du Lac, and George Kavonius of Fox Lake, two nieces, Elizabeth Ann Kavonius of Ripon and Alexis Rose Roberts of Oshkosh, two nephews, Zachery Lee Kavonius of North Fond du Lac and Jacob Austin Smith of Sheboygan, and many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother, Richard Kavonius, Jr., and his maternal and paternal grandparents.



Visitation for Robert J. "Robie" Balsewicz will be on Saturday, December 29, 2012, from 9 to 11 AM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 AM on Saturday at the funeral home.
