Roger E. Demboski, 65, of 329 McKinley Street, died Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born October 16, 1942, in Milwaukee, the son of Edward and Bernette Ciske Demboski. On February 10, 1964, he married Barbara Allen in North Fond du Lac at Presentation Church. After graduating from Goodrich High School in 1960, he worked at his father's business, Bernward Hall. During the 1970's, he and his wife owned and operated Roger's Hardware Store. He was later employed as a sales representative for Hoppman's Camping Center and Agro-Power. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Metal-Link Corporation. Roger was president of Forest Sportsmen's Club for almost 20 years; He enjoyed turkey, deer, and duck hunting. He was an avid trap shooter, and a life member of Wescott Sportsmen's Club. Surviving is his wife, Barbara, a son, Jim (Annette) Demboski of North Fond du Lac, a daughter, Carol (Special Friend Tom Stibb) Demboski of Fond du Lac, two grandchildren, Travis and Shelby, two brothers, Tom Demboski of St. Germain, WI, and Dave (Mary) Demboski of Peters Creek, AK, and a nephew, Ben. His parents preceded him in death.
Visitation for Roger E. Demboski will be on Friday, October 17, 2008, from 3 to 7 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Liturgy of The Word for Christian Burial services will be at 7 pm on Friday at the funeral home. Deacon Larry Hughes will officiate. Cremation has taken place.
