Roger L. Behr

Roger L. Behr, 61, of Taycheedah, died Sunday, January 27, 2013, at his residence of an apparent heart attack. He was born January 22, 1952, in Sheboygan, the son of Herman and Carita Scharinger Behr. He was a 1970 graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School. On June 3, 1972, he married Carolyn J. Goyer in Waldo, WI. Roger was a fleet manager for Waste Management for over 35 years. Prior to this, he was employed by Eckert Sanitation Services. He was a big NASCAR fan, especially of Dick Trickle, the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers, traveling, spending time with his family, and being Opa for the four great nieces and nephews, Josiah, Brooke, Olivia, and Landon. Surviving is his wife, Carolyn, a son, Michael Behr, a daughter, Jennifer (Terry) Walker, both of Fond du Lac, and three nephews, Bob (Shelly) Behr of Sheboygan, Dave (Carrie) Behr of Sheboygan Falls, and Brian Behr, formerly of Sheboygan Falls. His parents and two brothers, Raymond and Richard, preceded him in death.



Visitation for Roger L. Behr will be on Thursday, January 31, 2013, from 4 to 7 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place. Interment of cremated remains will be in the Greenbush Cemetery at a later date. Additional information and guest book may be found at www.ueckerwitt.com
