Rupert N. Tasch

Rupert N. Tasch, 89, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Deerview Meadows in Fond du Lac. He was born in Fond du Lac on December 9, 1924 the son of Ignatius and Hattie (Viehstedt) Tasch. On September 30, 1950, Rupert was united in marriage to Darlene Youngbeck in Kekoskee, WI. She preceded him in death on March 22nd of this year.



During the Second World War, Rupert served his country in the U.S. Army. Following the war, he managed an auto parts store for 40 years, retiring in 1989.



Rupert is survived by a daughter, Dena Sanders, and two grandchildren, all of Telluride, Colorado. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his son, James Mark Tasch.



In accordance with Rupert’s wishes, there will be no services held. Cremation has taken place.
