RUTH A. CROOKRuth A. Crook, 71 of Lincoln Avenue died Friday, March 3,2006 at Hospice Home of Hope. She was born on August 25, 1934 the daughter of Roland and Maybelle Barnes Hebert. On March 17,1956 she married Donald Crook at Dubuque, Iowa. Ruth worked at Park Cheese, Best Roll'r, McGregor, and Miles Kimball. She was a member of the Cathedral of St. Paul. Ruth enjoyed bingo, gambling, collecting cow figurines and she enjoyed her grandchildren.SURVIVORS: husband, Donald Crook, Fond du Lac, seven children, Kathie Kromm, Mesa, AZ, Roland (Carrie) Crook, Fond du Lac, Ruth Ann (Wayne) Wollersheim, Fond du Lac, Terry Crook, (Special friend Cheri), Adams-Friendship, Randall (Cindy) Crook, Markesan, Donna (Guy) Posthuma, Fond du Lac, Jeffery Crook, (Special friend Carol Wager), Fond du Lac, 39 grandchildren, and 43 great-grandchildren, four sisters, Gladys (Leland) Tuxhorn, Fond du Lac, Judy Weeks, Fond du Lac, Kip (Dan) Warner,Fond du Lac, Chris Loof, Eden, one brother, Jim Hebert, Fond du Lac, one sister-in-law, Mary Hebert, Two Rivers, one brother-in-law, Wally Fincke, Eldorado. Preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Donald William Crook, one brother Roland, one sister, Virginia Fincke.



VISITATION: Wednesday, March 8,2006 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 8,2006 at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The Very Reverend Theodore McConnell will officiate. Burial will follow at Green Lake Center House Cemetery, Town of Green Lake.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
