Ruth A. Scherck

Ruth A. Scherck, 88, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, July 21, 2017 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born September 23, 1928 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Herman and Elizabeth Meisner. Ruth married Robert Scherck in Fond du Lac and he preceded her in death. Ruth was an avid reader.



She is survived by her son, Gregory Scherck of Fond du Lac; her daughter, Renee (Mark) Scherck-Meyer of Milwaukee; two grandsons, Steven Meyer and Jackson Meyer; one brother, David (Rosie) Kreisman of Fond du Lac; two sisters, Jolene (Darrell) Weiss of Oregon and Charlene (Gregg) Pettit of Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; step father, Alex Kreisman; husband, Robert; sister, Gloria Grams-Meisner; and brother, Jack Meisner.



At Ruth’s request, there will be no visitation or services. Cremation has taken place.
