Ruth Annabelle White

Ruth Annabelle White was born on Dec. 15, 1920, in the Town of Eldorado, WI, the daughter of Edward and Hazel Henke Manzke. She attended Maple Grove Grade School and graduated from Cowham Grade School and Oshkosh High School, Class of 1938. She married Arvid White on Feb. 24, 1940, at St. Paul's Parsonage in the Town of Eldorado. Ruth and Arvid farmed most of their lives in the town of Eldorado. Ruth also worked seasonally at Green Giant and Miles Kimball. She drove schoolbus for Rosendale-Brandon School District for 15 years, drove van for Fond du Lac County Senior Services for 14 years and volunteered for Act II. She is survived by her children, Warren (Nancy) White, Karen (Terry) Madigan, and Bonnie (James) Friess; grandchildren, Mike (Yvonne) White, Kristal (Kevin) Keipe, Charles (Tina) White, Jackie White, Evan Oelke White, Heather (Jeffrey) Hochrein, Lori (Scott) Moellenberndt, Kevin (Patti) Madigan, Brian (Lori Ann) Madigan, Carrie (Kurt) Krohn, Mark (Christy) Madigan, Justin (Kathryn Meyer) Madigan, Sherry (Scott) Huebschman, Kathy (Troy) Strook, Kim (Matt) Mischo and Theresa (Jason) Wuest; great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Stephanie, Eric, Jacob, Jordan, Kara, Kody, Kory, Aubrey, Keaton, Chase, Macken, Cie, Kaitlyn, Breannah, Natalie, Levi, Megan, Lindsay, Melissa, Emily, Keegan, Brady, Carley, Olivia, Ryan, Kennedy, Cormac, Cyna, Tierney, Tillman, Lindsey, Loryn, James, Jacob, Karlie, Madeline, Arianne, Grayson, Alexander, Laura and Ainslee; and great-great-grandchildren, Logan, Caden, Ashton, Riley and Ray; sister, Lucille O'Neil; and sister-in-law, Rosalie Patt.She was preceded in death by her husband, Arvid White; parents, Edward and Hazel Manzke; grandsons, Thomas Madigan and Peter and Paul Madigan; granddaughter, Heidi Oelke; brother, Lyle Manzke; and brother-in-law, Arlyn O'Neil.



Visitation: Friends may call on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Services: Funeral services will be held Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010, at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Thomas White will officiate. Burial will be held in Rosendale Cemetery. Memorials are appreciated to Heartland Hospice.
