Ruth E. Majewski

Ruth E. Majewski, 90, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at Villa Loretto Nursing Home, Mt. Calvary. She was born November 9, 1920 in Milwaukee, the daughter of George and Edith Arndt Berger. On October 16, 1948 she married Carl H. Majewski in Milwaukee and he preceded her in death on May 24, 1990. Ruth worked for International Paper in the Sales and Service Department retiring in 1981. She was a member of the American Legion Post #75 Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary #1904, Church of Peace Ladies Aide and was secretary for various senior-bowling teams. She enjoyed crocheting and making needlepoint ornaments for the 3rd grade class at Parkside Elementary for several years.SURVIVORS: two sons, John Majewski, Mountain Home, AR, Richard (Sharon) Majewski, Fond du Lac; two daughters, Edyth (Michael) Rebedew, North Fond du Lac, Mary (Thomas) Morgan, Jacksonville, FL; 14 grandchildren, John (Lisa) Majewski, Jr., Andrew Majewski, Dana Majewski, Adam Majewski, Dustin (fiancée, Elizabeth Morehead) Steger, Nash (Kelly) Brunet, Graham (Katie Strong) Brunet, Amanda (James III) Matthews, Michael Rebedew, Jr., Charlie Rebedew; Nathan Morgan, Matthew Morgan, Carl (Donna) Morgan, both serving in Afghanistan, Zachary Morgan, nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edith and Louis Human and George Berger; and her husband, Carl.



VISITATION: will be from 11 AM "“ 2 PM on Monday, December 13, 2010 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, December 13, 2010 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. Jennifer C. M. Dawson officiating. Burial will take place in Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery.Memorials can be directed to Villa Loretto Nursing Home.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
