Sandra K. Davis

Sandra K. Davis, 61, of Rosendale, died Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at the Hospice Home of Hope. She was born August 22, 1949, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Edwin and Beade "Bea" (Langolf) Meyer. Sandra was a 1967 graduate of Rosendale High School. On November 30, 1968, she married Michael Davis at Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale, where she was currently a member. She enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Fond du Lac Women's Bowling Association 600 Club and enjoyed going to international bowling events. She had been employed by Johnson Bus Company for 25 years, and also by several other bus carriers. In addition, she also drove medical van for Nichols Bus Service. Sandra enjoyed crafting, including needlework and plastic canvas, and working with her mother at Special Olympics that were sponsored by law enforcement. Surviving is her husband, Michael, two sons, Scott (Stacey) Davis of Rochester, MN and Jeffrey Davis, of Farmington, MN, a daughter, Christine Broehm of Rosendale, five grandchildren, Morgan Davis, Sienna Davis, Peter Broehm, Zachary Broehm, and Michael Broehm. She is further survived by a brother, Wayne (Betty) Meyer of Fredonia, WI, her mother, Beade, of Fond du Lac a sister-in-law, Sue Meyer of Fond du Lac, nieces, nephews, cousins, two God daughters, Wanda Meyer and Kim Vesper, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Roy Meyer.



Visitation for Sandra K. Davis will be on Friday, February 18, 2011, from 4 to 7 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Saturday, February 19th from 10 to 11 AM at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 11 AM at the funeral home on Saturday. The Rev. Charles R. Thompson will officiate and cremation will follow the services. The family requests that memorials be directed to the Central Wisconsin Cancer Program, 480 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac, or the Hospice Home of Hope, 400 County Trunk K, Fond du Lac.
