Sarah B. Lemmenes

Sarah B. Lemmenes, age 40, of Waupun, died Tuesday, March 8, 2022. She was born on August 28, 1981, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Mark and Sharon (Miller) O’Malley. Sarah was a 1999 graduate of Horace Mann High School in North Fond du Lac where she was involved in choir and show choir. On May 13, 2006, she married Adam Lemmenes. Sarah was a Medical Assistant and worked for SSM Health Waupun Clinic for sixteen years.



Sarah had the most beautiful blue eyes, a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh. The room lit up when she walked in. She had a deep love of family and most of all loved spending time with her cherished children. Sarah will most be remembered for her beautiful voice, both singing in church and as well as karaoke.



Survivors include her three children, Jack, Ella, and Simon Lemmenes; her parents, Mark and Sharon O’Malley; her siblings, Shannon (Jeff) Thomas, Josh (fiancé Tara Pahwa) O’Malley, Joe (Andrea Pemberton) O’Malley, Anne (Jason Dill) O’Malley, John (Miranda) O’Malley; special friend, Aaron Lange; former husband, Adam Lemmenes; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jacob O’Malley.



Visitation will take place on Monday, March 14, 2022, from 4-8 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A prayer service will take place on Monday night at 7:45 PM at the funeral home led by Reverend Barry Lang. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Church, 271 4th St. Way, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. Cremation has taken place. Entombment will follow the service at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.



In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated for Sarah’s children.
