Scott R. Weinberger

Mr. Scott R. Weinberger, 45, of 234 N. Broadway, Milwaukee, died Wednesday, August 5, 2009, at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital following surgery. He was born April 16, 1964, in Waupun, the son of Robert and Mary Elizabeth "Candy" Weinberger. Scott was a 1982 graduate of Oakfield High School and later received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University. He was a freelance writer, and was a member of the Screen Writers Guild.He is survived by six sisters, Catherine (Mark Schumerth) Porter of St. Pete Beach, FL, Jeanne Weinberger, Michelle Weinberger-Burns and Mary Lee (Russell) Lane, all of Waupaca, Julie (Tim) Lang of Green Bay, and Peggy (Chris) Anderson of Barnwell, SC., nieces and nephews and his special friend, April Woods of Milwaukee. Preceding him in death were his parents, and a brother-in-law, Michael Burns.



Visitation for Mr. Scott Weinberger will be on Sunday, August 9, 2009, from 2 to 4 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Liturgy of the Word for Christian Burial services will be at 4 pm at the funeral home. The Rev. Michael Petersen will officiate and cremation will follow traditional services.
