SCOTT W. BAUMANNScott W. Baumann, 47, of 20 Fountain Circle, died Sunday, June 25, 2006 at his residence. He was born in Forest Park, IL on June 28,1958 the son of Wayne and Lois Horstman Baumann. On December 16, 1992 he married Dawnella Brooks. He was a graduate of Salem Center High School, Paddock Lake, WI. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving as a nuclear machinist mate on nuclear submarines and ships, stationed out of Little Creek, VA. Scott was the manager of Finish Line in Forest Mall, Fond du Lac. He enjoyed computers, listening to music, reading, racing stock cars, breeding and raising tropical fish and working on models. SURVIVORS: wife, Dawnella Baumann, Leona, WI; three children, Alisa (Clay) LeGrave, Sturgeon Bay, WI, Jason Baumann, Worchester, MA, Whitney Polinski, Fond du Lac; two step children, Crystal Jolly, Green Bay, WI, Lacey Jolly, Waukesha, WI; four brothers and sisters, Michelle Baumann, Oshkosh, WI, Debra (Jim) Miles, Abrams, WI, Jeffery (Lisa) Baumann, Crivitz, WI, Keith (Emily) Baumann, Iron Mountain, MI; one granddaughter, Sarah LeGrave; his mother, Lois Baumann, Oshkosh, WI. He was preceded in death by his father, a step-son, Dustin Polinski and one sister Edith.



VISITATION: Friday, June 30, 2006 from 4-8PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral services will be held at 8PM on Friday, June 30, 2006 at the funeral home. Burial will be on Monday, July 3, 2006 at Mt. Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst, IL.Memorial appreciated to the family.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
