Sharon "Nana" Darling

Nana, Sharon Darling was born May 2, 1957 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and went home on February 4, 2012 after a full, wonderful life and a tough battle with ovarian cancer at the tender age of 54. She loved her family and all God's animals, but being Nana was her greatest love.Nana leaves on earth her sons, Ronnie and Tywanda Stidham, Chicago, IL and Curtis Darling and Valerie, Freeburg, IL; her daughters, Eve and Tim Nance, Fond du Lac, WI and Tina and Dominic Ewell, Fond du Lac, WI.; Nana's girls, Tameka Nance, Justice Chiodo, Maya and Jenna Stidham, Harmony and Dominique Ewell, and Emily Darling. She is further survived by her sisters, Cherie and Burt Holstein, Fond du Lac, WI, Peggy and Philip Grande, McHenry, IL; her brothers, Chris Christian, and Bill and Wanda Christian, Fond du Lac, WI; her husband of 20 years, Curt Darling; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Nana is being reunited in Heaven with her parents, William and Yvonne Christian; her nephew, David; her great niece, Candy Holstein; and her beloved Mariah.Only the good die young and Nana you are one of the greats.



VISITATION: will be from 1 "“ 3 PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 3 PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. Dorothy Irene Nance officiating. Cremation will follow the traditional services with inurnment at St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles, IL.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
