Sharon R. (Reschke) Olson

Sharon R. Reschke Olson, 62, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, March 14, 2010, at the Hospice Home of Hope, after a courageous battle against cancer. She was born March 18, 1947, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Walter P. and Gladys M. Gfrorer Reschke. Sharon was a 1965 graduate of L.P. Goodrich High School and a lifelong resident of Fond du Lac. She was employed at several businesses in the Fond du Lac area. Sharon was a former member of the Eagles Aerie #270 Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting, going to rummage sales, and camping. Surviving are two daughters, Ginger (Patrick) Schommer of Fond du Lac, and Crystal (Ronald Jr.) Mulvey of Oshkosh, five grandchildren, Joshua, Amanda, and Zachary Kollmann, Nicholas Schommer, and Karisa Mulvey. She is further survived by a sister, Sheila (Robert) Baehler of Fond du Lac, Special Goddaughter, Tammy (Mark) Berger, Special Nieces, Brandee (Eric) Morris and Bryanna Morris, and Special Nephew, Bobby Baehler. Her parents preceded her in death.



Visitation for Sharon R. Olson will be on Thursday, March 18, 2010, from 3:30 to 6:30 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 6:30 at the funeral home on Thursday. The Rev. Gerald Schrankler will officiate and cremation will follow traditional services. Inurnment of cremated remains will be in Estabrooks Cemetery the following week.
