Mrs. Shirley A. Keys, 69, of 291 Roosevelt Street, died Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at her residence after a long struggle with cancer. She was born September 26, 1935, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Edward and Cecilia Krunzer Schultz. On May 30, 1953, she married James R. Keys in Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death August 8, 1975. She was formerly employed at Infant Socks, Wells Manufacturing, and Kroger Foods.Survivors included three daughters, Pam (Bob) Skelton of Fond du Lac, Diane (Ed) Graley of Beaver Dam, and Mary (Frank) Vigil of Twin Lakes, CO, two sons, Tim Keys of Fond du Lac, and Pete (Helen) Keys of Oshkosh, nine grandchildren, John, Scott, and James Treleven, Michelle Schaefer, Jenny Steinman, Sarah Fink, Paula Abhold, Samantha and Ajay Thomas Vigil, and four great-grandchildren, Jacob Treleven, Sierra and Dallas Schaefer, and Sky Schneider. Two brothers, Eugene Schultz of Lomira, and Ronald Schultz, address unknown, and a sister, Loretta Bowman of Dundee, further survive her. Her parents, husband, two brothers, Clarence and Edward Schultz, a sister, Arlene Weinschrott, and two granddaughters, Chelsea and Nicole Vigil preceded her in death.
Visitation for Mrs. Shirley Ann Keys will be on Thursday, June 23, 2005, from 4 to 7 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Friday, June 24, 2005, at 10:30 am at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The Rev. Scott Huse will officiate and burial will be in Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery.
