Teresa L. Scannell

Teresa L. Scannell, age 80, died Thursday, May 26, 2011 at the Hospice Home of Hope. She was born on September 29, 1930 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Martin and Anna (Guldan) Freismuth. She graduated from Goodrich High School. In 1951 she joined the Order of the Sister Servants of Christ the King. She later left the order and then worked at Mercury Marine for several years.On June 20, 1975 she married Frank Scannell and together they ran a marriage counseling service. Frank preceded her in death on August 10, 2010. They had been married for thirty-five years. SURVIVORS: two sisters, Anna (Dan) Krug and Elizabeth Freismuth, and many beloved nieces and nephews who loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank, two sisters, Virginia Rose and Angeline Miller, two brothers, Donald and Martin, two sisters in law, Joyce Freismuth and Monica Freismuth.



VISITATION: Monday, May 30, 2011 from 3-7 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.
