THEODORE P. FROEHLKE M.D.Theodore P. Froehlke, M.D., age 79, of 78 S. Seymour St, Fond du Lac, died Friday, August 5, 2005 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on July 8, 1926 in Oshkosh the son of Adolph and Doris Kaulfas Froehlke. On June 19, 1947 he married Mae L. Showers at Grace Lutheran Church, Oshkosh. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force stationed in Alaska. He was a graduate of Oshkosh State College and graduated from Northwestern University Medical School in Evanston, IL. He served his internship at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac and was a specialist in Family Practice at Hinsdale Hospital, Hinsdale, IL for over thirty years. After his retirement, having such fond memories of Fond du Lac, he and his wife moved to Fond du Lac where they have resided for the last ten years. He was a member of Redeemer Ev. Lutheran Church and he loved classical music. SURVIVORS: his wife Mae of Fond du Lac, one daughter, Paula (Greg) Cooper of Tinley Park, IL, one son, Timothy (Judy) Froehlke of South Dakota, five grandchildren, Kristy, Rachel, Mary , Samuel,and, Anna, two brothers, Tom Froehlke of California, and Phil (Ann) Froehlke of Oshkosh, one sister, Beth (Joe) Fry of Oshkosh. He was preceded in death by his parents.



VISITATION: Monday, August 8, 2005 from 4-7 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at Redeemer Ev. Lutheran Church with the Reverend Fred Toppe officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, Oshkosh. Friends may call on Tuesday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
