THOMAS GERARD COONThomas Gerard Coon, age 49, of 315 Southview Dr, North Fond du Lac, died Monday, April 25, 2005 at his residence. He was born on August 4, 1955 the son of John Coon Jr. and the late Alice (Lotzer) Coon. He graduated from St. Mary's Springs High School in 1973. On June 29, 1985 he married Debbie Jones at the Church of Peace-United Church of Christ, Fond du Lac. Tom worked at Mercury Marine for thirty-one years. He was a member of Presentation Church in North Fond du Lac and was a past member of the FACES Board. He enjoyed time with his family, fishing, coaching girls softball, spending precious time "up north" with his family.SURVIVORS: his wife Debbie, two children, Katie and Lydia, his father John Coon Jr., one brother, John (Janet) Coon III, two sisters, Kathy (Lester) Stueber of North Fond du Lac, Mary (Jerry) Snider of Fond du Lac, brothers and sisters in law, Sharon (Ronald) Jaeger of Mellen, WI, Karen (Lyle) Schmidtke of Pardeeville, WI, Sherryle (Bob) Rogers of Wonewoc, John (Margaret) Jones of Mellen, WI, Kay (Art) Elliott of FL, Jim (Cindy) Jones of Mellen, WI, Ron (Sharon) Jones of Mellen, WI, Phyllis (Jim) Zabransky of Fond du Lac, Robert Jones of Ashland, Gary (Norma Jean) Jones of Mellen, Tammy (Patrick Burns of FL, Diane (Charles) Reiter of Fond du Lac, Rita (Mark) Bachman of Highbridge, WI, Morgan (Cheryl) Jones of Mankato, MN, godfather to Jennifer Schaeve, Scott Stueber, Lindsey Reiter, and Mariah Jones, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother.



VISITATION: Thursday, April 28, 2005 from 4-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Friday, April 29, 2005 at 10:30 A.M. at Holy Family Parish-St. Mary's Church. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until prayers are said at 10:00 A.M. Cremation will follow the traditional services.
