Thomas J. Peebles

Thomas J. Peebles, age 66, of North Fond du Lac, died on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. He was born on June 18, 1958, in Fond du Lac, the son of David J. Peebles Sr. and Audrey J. (Deitte) Peebles. Tom attended St. Louis Grade School, Sabish Junior High, and Goodrich High School. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed going hunting, fishing, and hiking. Tom was the inventor of the “Tommy Box”, which he gave to his nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews to keep their treasures in. 

Survivors include his siblings, Karen Skarda, Michael (Mary) Peebles, Margaret (Bob) Fields, Katy (BJ) Havlik, Sue (Tim) Smith, John (Chris) Peebles, Ann (Joe) Wettstein, Mark (Robin) Peebles, Lisa (Chuck) Battan, Lori Peebles; sister-in-law, Sharon Peebles; brother-in-law, Scott Mulholland; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Peebles Jr; sister, Alice Mulholland; niece, Angie Fields, niece, Patti Rumbuc; brothers-in-law, James Skarda and Ralph Fields.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 6:00 PM. Cremation will follow the service. Interment will take place at a later date at Calvary Cemetery.
