Thomas R. Francis

Thomas R. Francis, age 67 of W5333 Garden Drive, died Monday, November 19, 2007 at Froedert Memorial Hospital, Wauwatosa He was born on September 29, 1940 in Fond du Lac the son of Warren T. and Lucille Weston Francis. Thomas attended St. Joseph's Catholic Grade School and was a 1958 graduate of St. Mary's Springs High School. He worked at Giddings & Lewis in the Design and Development Department for over 40 years. He was a member of Holy Family Parish. He was an amateur photo-grapher, enjoyed camping, biking, hiking and bowled in the Giddings & Lewis Bowling League. He served in the National Guards.He is survived by his mother, Lucille Francis, Fond du Lac, one brother, Jack Francis, Fond du Lac, one sister, Mary (Robert) Lang, Fond du Lac, two nieces Christine Lang, Fond du Lac, and Julie (Shawn) Grossman, Fond du Lac, a cousin Carol Miritz, North Fond du Lac. Thomas is further survived by very special friends. He was preceded in death by his father Warren Francis on July 18, 1998.



VISITATION: Friends may call on Friday, November 23, 2007, from 4 to 8:00 P.M .at he Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 9:30 A.M. at the funeral home and 10:00 A.M. a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Holy Family Parish-Sacred Heart Church with Reverend Victor Capriolo officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
