Vallee O. RandallVallee O. Randall, 91, of 24 Fountain Circle, died Sunday, March 5, 2006, at her residence. She was born January 5, 1915, in North Fond du Lac, the daughter of George and Sophia Albertz Ristau. On March 31, 1936, she married Wallace H. Randall in South Byron. He preceded her in death on October 12, 1989. Mrs. Randall was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in North Fond du Lac. She was a former resident of the Oakfield area, living there for over 36 years, and moved to North Fond du Lac in 1972. She had resided in Fond du Lac since 1995. Vallee taught elementary education in Oak Center, Unity of Oakfield, and the North Fond du Lac School District, retiring in 1974. She was a member of St. Paul's Ladies Aid, WLA Auxiliary, Fond du Lac Area Retired Educators, Ducks Unlimited, a former member of the Fond du Lac Civic Women's Chorus for 37 years, a St. Agnes Volunteer, a volunteer for the SHARE Program in North Fond du Lac, a former member of the Fond du Lac County Board Nutrition Committee, and was an honorary member of the North Fond du Lac Rod & Gun Club.She is survived by two daughters, Joan (Richard) Rauls of Fond du Lac, and Sue (Walter) Kutz of Rosendale, a son, James (Janice) Randall of Fond du Lac, 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. She is further survived by a brother-in-law, Don White of Fond du Lac, nieces, nephews, cousins, including a special cousin, Vallee Hansel of Oshkosh, and other relatives and friends. Her parents, husband, two brothers, Forest and Kermit, and a sister, Lorna Ristau, and a great-grandson, Zach Pickart, preceded her in death.
Visitation for Mrs. Vallee O. Randall will be on Friday, March 10, 2006, from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and on Saturday, March 11, 2006, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in North Fond du Lac. Funeral services will be on Saturday at 10:30 am at the church. The Rev. Thomas Behnke will officiate and burial will be in Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery.
