Veronica Gray

Veronica Gray, of Fond du Lac, WI, age 93, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, died Saturday, October 29, 2005 at the Fountain View Care Center in Ripon, WI. She was born in Lena, WI, on March 7, 1912 the daughter of the late Josephine and Joseph Pawlak. Veronica married John A. Gray in Chilton, WI on September.', 1933. Her beloved husband died on October 18, 1977.Veronica was a graduate of Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac. At various times throughout her lifetime she worked as a bookkeeper, dental hygienist and finally at Woods Floral until retirement. She loved being a wife and mother and was truly in her element when gardening and walking. She loved collecting pinecones and fallen leaves during her many walks. She was a long-time member of St. Joseph's Church until moving to Ripon for health reasons and to be closer to family.Veronica was preceded in death by her husband John, her parents Josephine and Joseph, sisters, Marianna Pingel, Lucille Farrell, brothers, Stanley, Frank and Julian Pawlak, and grandangel Carol Cujak.Veronica is survived by children Janice (Paul) Cujak of Ripon, WI, Patann (Greg) Rebek of Neenah, WI, grandchildren Ann Marie (John) Pecararo from Minnesota, John (Sheri) Cujak from Wisconsin, Amy (Kevin) Kipiin from Wisconsin, Michael Paul (Claudia, dear friend to Veronica) Cujak from Switzerland, Julia (Patrick) Danaher from Wisconsin, and Christina (Jeremy Jensen) Dittrich from Wisconsin and great-grandchildren Alan, Christina, Daniel, Maria, Alyssa, Joseph, Molly, Alex, Meghan and Sean.Veronica was loved by everyone who knew her. Our family especially remembers her faith, her love for family and friends and her generous heart that knew no limit. Thank you to all who treasured her as much as we do.



(Visitation)Funeral services will be held at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 2, 2005 from 10 A.M. -11:00 A.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.
