Vickie Lynn Woodruff

Vickie Lynn Woodruff, 58 of Eloy, AZ returned to her heavenly home after battling complications of pneumonia on October 9, 2017. Love and devotion to her family, rooted in her firm belief in God, supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.



Vickie was born April 1, 1959 to Robert and Jessie Lemm Schneider in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She was a 1979 graduate of Goodrich High School and continued her education at the Medical Institute of Minnesota. She worked as a veterinary technician at Dairyland Veterinary Clinic, an orthodontic assistant at Twohig Orthodontics in Wisconsin, and was a loving wife and mother. Vickie always had a smile on her face and was the best friend anyone could have. She enjoyed playing cards and board games; especially Bunko and Hand and Foot, spending time with her friends in Wisconsin and Arizona and being with her family. She loved the Packers- she always joked that she couldn’t watch the games because when she did they were losing. Vickie was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Casa Grande, AZ and former member of Faith Lutheran Church in in Fond du Lac, WI. She enjoyed helping at church and singing in the choir.

Vickie was blessed with a wonderful and loving family. She married Jeffery Scott Woodruff on August 13, 1983 and was married 34 years. She raised three beautiful children, Matthew Jeffery of Owens Cross Roads, AL m. to Lauryn Elizabeth, Abbie Mae of Sacramento, CA and Nathan Scott of Mount Horeb, WI.



Vickie is survived by her husband, Jeff, three children, Matt (Lauryn), Abbie, and Nathan; two grand dogs, Dixie and Jackson; a grand cat, Patches; three sisters, Sandy Schneider, Susie Goldapske, and Bonnie Fiebig all of Fond du Lac, WI; two brothers, Mark (Sonya) Schneider of Parsberg, Germany and Mike (Cathy) Schneider of The Colony, TX; brother-in-law, Mark (Pamela) Woodruff; sister-in-law, Julie Erdman; father and mother-in-law, Watson and Joyce Woodruff; along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Don and Duke Schneider; aunts and uncles.



Visitation for Vickie will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 3:00 - 8:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home in Fond du Lac and again on Monday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at church.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 16, 2017 at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 55 Prairie Road, Fond du Lac, WI. The Reverends David Haugly and Nicholas Guillaume will be officiating. Cremation will follow the service with interment at Estabrooks Cemetery at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.
