Violette M. Pautsch

Violette M. Pautsch, 79, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, August 2, 2024 at Harbor Haven Health and Rehabilitation surrounded by her family. She was born February 4, 1945 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Rudolph and Alpha (Greene) Kollmann. On April 4, 1960 she married Keith D. Pautsch in Dubuque, IA. Violette was a dedicated and hard-working industrialist until her retirement in 2005. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. She enjoyed camping, vacationing in Door County, babysitting her grandchildren, playing cards and games, and travelling (especially to Ireland). 

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Keith; five children, Dean Pautsch, Regina (Doug) Theisen, Renee (Tom Schuettpelz) Breister, Darren (Jenny) Pautsch, and Roxanne (Jon) Kollmann; ten grandchildren, Noah (Hallie) Theisen, Eli Theisen, Leah Theisen, Adam Breister, Andrew Breister, Alyssa (Corey) Wendt, Caitlyn Pautsch, Brady (Chloe) Kollmann, Brittany Kollmann, and Brennan Kollmann; two great-grandchildren, Leland Wendt and Theo Kollmann. She is further survived by her siblings, Rudy Kollmann Jr., Gloria (Jim) Eggers, Lora Moss, Samuel (Linda) Kollmann, Jim (Anne) Kollmann, and Mary (Ron) Eagan; brother-in-law, Kenny (Darlene) Pautsch; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son, Daryl Pautsch; son-in-law, Greg Breister; two sisters, Judy (Joe) Eggers and Nancy Weckwerth; nephews and other in-laws. 

The visitation will be held Thursday, August 8, 2024 from 4:30 – 7:30 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Friday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at church. The funeral service will be held Friday, August 9, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Church. Burial will take place at Avoca Cemetery in Oakfield. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to WLA, Harbor Haven Health and Rehabilitation, or SSM Hospice in Violette’s name.
