Virginia A. Percy

Virginia A. Percy, 98 a resident of the St. Francis Home, died Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at the home. Virginia was born in Fond du Lac on February 25, 1915 the daughter of Clark and Annabell Bresnehan Arnold. On June 15, 1938 she married Clarence E. Percy at Decorah, Iowa. Clarence preceded her in death in 1978. Virginia worked for Cal -Can Canning Company for several years. She was a member of Holy Family Parish. She enjoyed baking, dancing, reading and enjoyed celebrating St. Patrick's Day with her sister Delores.SURVIVORS: Virginia is survived by her four children; Deanne Deer, Neenah, Rodney (Bonnie) Percy, Fond du Lac, Gary (Sandy) Percy, Fond du Lac, David (Patricia) Percy, Eden, thirteen grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a great-grandchild, three sisters; Catherine, Delores Unferth and Marcella Helmus.



VISITATION: Friends may call on Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 9- 11 AM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: A Liturgy of The Word service will be held at 11:00 AM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Deacon Larry Hughes will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the St. Francis Home.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
