Virginia Rose Florea

Virginia Rose Florea, age 84, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, September 28, 2013 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on January 31, 1929 in Lincoln, Kansas, the daughter of Ejnar and Lottie (Ashton) Skov. On April 24, 1949 she married Paul J. Florea in Salina, Kansas. He preceded her in death on June 1, 1989. Virginia worked as a radio repairman during World War II. She enjoyed road trips, especially through the mountains, card games such as cribbage, Phase 10, thirteen, and golf, she also enjoyed knitting. Most of all Virginia loved her family and would do anything to help somebody.SURVIVORS: five children, Cheryl (David) Jiles of Drake, CO, Caroline (Mark) Ramthun of Waukesha, Charlene (Richard) McCullen of Van Dyne, WI, Rhondella (Maurice) Morgan of Belgium, WI, Kelsey (Raella) Florea of Van Dyne, WI; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one brother, Richard Skov of Denver, CO; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, John and Delbert Skov, one infant granddaughter.



VISITATION: Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI. FUNERAL: Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 11:30 A.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.
