Wendy M. Ennis

Wendy M. Ennis, 55, of Fond du Lac, died April 30, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. She was born on August 21, 1959 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Russell and Wanda (Jones) Foss. Wendy was formerly employed by Sheffield Measurement, Inc. (Giddings & Lewis). She was a member of Spirit of Life Christian Church. Wendy loved animals, hiking, the Green Bay Packers, but most of all her grandchildren.



Surviving are one son, Ryan Ennis, of State Center, IA, daughters Cheryl (Casimer) Armstrong of Glen Rock, PA and Ashley Clobes of Fond du Lac; and 3 grandchildren, Evangeline Ennis, Annabelle and Ulysses Armstrong. She is further survived by five sisters, Linda Searl of Neenah, Nancy (George) Beirne of Fond du Lac, Jeanie Johnson of Sacramento, CA, JoAnn Smith of West Bend, Ellen (Walter) Zinniel of Fond du Lac; one brother, Daniel Foss of North Fond du Lac; fiancé Scott Mathers of Fond du Lac, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Her parents, a brother-in-law, Alan Searl, and niece, Kimberly Smith preceded her in death.



Visitation for Wendy will be held Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. A Celebration of Life will follow the visitation. Burial will take place at a later date in Estabrooks Cemetery. Cremation has taken place.



A memorial has been established in Wendy’s name.
