WILLIAM DENNIS SCHULTZWilliam Dennis Schultz, age 79, of N9035 Hass Rd, Van Dyne, died Monday, February 14, 2005 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on June 10, 1925 in Milwaukee the son of William and Frieda Weiss Schultz. On October 9, 1948 he married Yvonne D. DeSwarte in Milwaukee. He served in the United States Army from 1943-45 in the 13th Airborne Paratroopers. He worked for Jaeger Baking Company in Milwaukee as a salesman for thirty-nine years retiring in 1988. He served as Union President of the Local 344 Teamsters for fifteen years. He was extremely proud that he missed only one day of work in thirty-nine years. He was a member of the 13th Airborne Club. He enjoyed fishing and the hobby farm.SURVIVORS: his wife Yvonne of Van Dyne, two children, Cheryl (Gary) Hanson of Manitowoc, Scott (Mary) Schultz of Fond du Lac, two grandchildren, Shannon (Eric) Tollefson, Sean (special friend Stacy) Derby, two great grandchildren, five step-great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
VISITATION: Friday, February 18, 2005 from 1-3 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Friday, February 18, 2005 at 3:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with the Reverend Steven Solberg officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Trier-Puddy American Legion Post #75 will conduct military honors at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the Fond du Lac Humane Society.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
