William E. "Bill" "Pa" "Wilbur" "Willard" Lee

William E. “Bill” “Pa” “Wilbur” “Willard” Lee, age 74, of Fond du Lac, passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Hope Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Fond du Lac on November 11, 1948, the son of Edwin “Sonny” and Peggy (Coffers) Lee. Bill married Judie Gantner on October 13, 1965, in Rockford, IL.

Bill loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Bill enjoyed being outdoors and tinkering and was always a jokester. Bill and Judie owned and operated BJ Tours and enjoyed bingo at the casino.

Survivors include his son, Scott; one daughter, Billie Jo. Ralph Singer, Richard Reilly; one grandson, Kevin (Tammi) Lee; two granddaughters, Brittany (Mario) Romo and Kristi (Dave) George; nine great-grandchildren, Addison Lee-Fiebig, Nash, Harper, and Raegan Lee, Mario, Marcello and Giavanna Romo, Gabriella and Kaidlyn George. He is further survived by two brothers, Ed and Tim Lee; four sisters, Beverly Wenzlaff, Judy (Bob) Fraley, Robyn (Pat) Martin, and Teri (Gary) Schabel; four brothers-in-law, Mike (Diane) Gantner, Jim (Jeannine) Gantner, Jerry Gantner, and Tom (Chris) Gantner; three sisters-in-law, Patricia (Ken) Rickert, Linda (Michael) Meisner, Lisa (Bob) Schommer; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Bill was preceded in death by his lovely wife, Judie; his parents; mother-in-law and father-in-law, one brother, David; one sister, Peggy Jo Hudson; brothers-in-law, Mark Wenzlaff, Roger Strean, Jim Crofts; and one sister-in-law, Shirley Strean.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 5:00 PM. Entombment will take place on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park.

The family would like to thank the staff at Hope Health and Rehabilitation Center for the wonderful care they provided to our Dad/Pa over the past 10 months, especially thankful for Amber, Amy, Sara, Theresa, Justine, and Jean.
