William F. Lueck

William F. Lueck, 68, of 75 South Street, died Thursday, December 17, 2009, at his residence. He was born March 22, 1941, in Kaukauna, the son of Frank and Marie Leu Lueck. On May 10, 1969, he married Connie Hoerth at St. Mary's Church in Fond du Lac. Mr. Lueck was a veteran of the US Army serving in Italy. He was formerly employed by Western Lime of Marblehead as a stonecutter. William collected knives and pens, and for that reason, there was never a dull knife to be found. Surviving is his wife, Connie, one daughter, Florence (Richard) Schmitz of Fond du Lac, a son, Frank (Carrie) Lueck of Eden, five grandchildren, Hannah and Hunter Lueck, Jon Plasky, Sara Plasky, and Jessica Plasky, a step-grandson, Kenneth (Amy) Schmitz of Fond du Lac, and a step-great-granddaughter, Jasmine Schmitz. He is further survived by two sisters, Donna Hoerth of Watertown and Margaret Ramminger of Fond du Lac; good friends, Gerald Presnow, Joseline Culshaw, Steve Zahn and Robert Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents.
