Keith Desilet of Oshkosh WI, and formerly of Deltona, FL, and Two Harbors, MN, died peacefully on Friday, November 25th 2016, surrounded by his family. Keith was born in Duluth, MN, on February 3, 1930, the son of Octave and Anastasia Desilet. On October 25, 1958, Keith married Marilyn Novak and they shared 53 years of life together until her death on December 2, 2011. Keith served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War Conflict. He worked for Reserve Mining in Silver Bay, MN, and taught data processing and computer courses at Lake Superior College (DAVTI) for 25 years. Keith was a man of faith who celebrated his Catholic and Lutheran heritages. He was a past member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church Two Harbors MN, Lutheran Church of Providence Deltona FL, and an adopted son of St. Andrews Lutheran Church Oshkosh, WI. For the past 6 years he resided at Evergreen retirement community in Oshkosh to be close by family. He will be remembered for his sense of humor as well as being a kind and gracious man who was eternally optimistic.
Surviving is a son Dean (Renee) Desilet of Oshkosh WI, a daughter Melanie (Mike) Misheff of Elizabeth CO, grandchildren Luke (fiancé Heather Buhr) and Emily Desilet, Kara (Chris) Batson and Hailey Misheff, and a niece Roni Salo.

Funeral Information:
Visitation will be on Saturday December 10th 2016 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Evergreen 1130 N Westfield Street, Oshkosh WI 54902.
Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Karen Jewell from St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church will officiate. Inurnment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery Superior, WI, at a later date.
