William D. Wiesen

William D. Wiesen, age 95, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, April 18, 2025, at Hospice Home of Hope. He was born on March 5, 1930, in Fond du Lac, the son of Maurice and Anjulette (Bott) Wiesen. Bill served in the United States Marines. On August 9, 1952, he married Dolores M. Grassy in Fond du Lac. She preceded him in death on July 27, 2001. He was a member of Holy Family Parish and a charter member of Sacred Heart Church.

Survivors include Judy (Dean) Wickert, Russ (Maggie) Wiesen, Ken (Michele) Wiesen; grandchildren, Travis (Andrea) Dowland, Lea (Matt) Possehl, Josh (Mary) Wiesen, Cari (William) Zuengler; many great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one daughter, Pamela Wiesen; his siblings, Audrey (Tom) Gross, Shirley (Darrel) Henslin; and Joyce (Mike) Gerred.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 1:00 PM. Private family burial will follow the service at Calvary Cemetery.
