Wolfgang G. Lemke

Wolfgang G. Lemke, 85, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, January 4, 2014 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born February 5, 1928 in Germany. On November 26, 1952 he married Ella Kirstein in Germany. Wolfgang owned and operated the Retlaw Barbshop and later worked for Mercury Marine retiring in 1988. He was a member of Eagles Aerie #270. Wolfgang enjoyed hunting, fishing and carpentry.He is survived by one son, Roger (Mary Ellen) Lemke, Humble, TX; one granddaughter, Nichole (Hector) Campa, Humble, TX; one grandson, Eric Seastrand, Fond du Lac; one step granddaughter, Tasha BadBear, Parshall, ND; one sister in Germany. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ella; two daughters, Helga Lemke and Ruth Seastrand; one sister and one brother.



The visitation will be held from 4:00 "“ 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Thursday from 9:00 "“ 10:00 AM at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Legdeview Memorial Park.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
