Wyone E. Hjelden

Wyone Elaine Hjelden, 84, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, December 26, 2009 at Fond du Lac Lutheran Home. She was born January 28, 1925 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of George and Hattie Hamer Kappell. On June 22, 1946 she married Carl T. Hjelden in Milwaukee and he preceded her in death on April 28, 2000. Wyone worked for Tolibia Cheese for many years retiring in 1979. She enjoyed playing canasta, dancing, flowers, and especially loved spending time with her family.SURVIVORS: three children, Sharleen Sprotte, Karen (Arthur) Scott, Dean (Rhonda) Hjelden, all of Fond du Lac; six grandchildren, Kim Sprotte, Kristin (Aaron) Campbell, Karla (Marlon) Franzen, Kathleen (Brian) Kelley, Jodi Scott, Steven (Fiancee, Tanya Vogds) Scott; one grandson-in-law, Shaun Pressnell; twelve great grandchildren, Nicole (Raymond) Busbey, Alyssa Sprotte, Aaron Vande Slunt, Nathan Price, Melissa, Dylan, Kaylon, Amber Franzen, Jonathan, Brianna, Devon Kelley, Mason Moon; two great great grandchildren, Rylee and Camden Busbey; special friend of the family, Janis Bennot; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl; granddaughter, Kelly Pressnell; two brothers, Lawrence and Charles (Shirley) Woods.



VISITATION: will be from 4 "“ 8 PM on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Thursday from 10 "“ 11 AM at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, December 31, 2009 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. Arthur Callies officiating.
